● Drawing up the editorial plan

● Collaborate with other teams + SEDS Italy Marketing Department

● At least 2 months of membership in SEDS Italy or any SEDS Italy delegation

● Have an excellent knowledge of the English language

● Be available to work with the team until the end of the event (fall 2023)

● High interpersonal and communication skills

● Team player and high motivation

● Know how to work independently on assigned task

● Quick response time for emails and messaging

● Attentive to details

● Be well informed about the space industry and enthusiastic about creating a dynamic program for our delegates and guests

● Need to be creative and resourceful

● Experience at least with one photo and video editing software (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.. )

● Experience with cameras and photography equipment is an advantage

● Experience in event planning is an advantage
● Be located in Novara is an advantage
